My product did not come broken. It was intact and wrapped in an obscene amount of bubble wrap and cardboard. The product images are incredibly accurate to include the scuffed up bottom along the ridge where you set the bowl down on the counter. Not sure what “Terrine Black” means but the color is definitely the red they put in parenthesis. Similar shade of red as the pictures. As with all unglazed earthenware, for best results, soak the earthenware for 30 mins prior to use. No issues with product and reasonable price.
