These are easy to clean, very easy to use if you follow the instructions. DON’T USE HIGH HEAT! Cooked steak tonight, cooked quickly and perfectly on medium heat, $30 steak, so was worried, but did an amazing job. Also cooked mussels, done without scratches or any of the other complaints. Am definitely thinking about expanding my collection. Use plastic or silicone, wash by hand, you won’t be disappointed.After I wrote this original review, I used the loaf pan without using the recipe instructions to butter the pan. My banana bread slid out with zero effort, and was ready 20 minutes under recommended cooking time with the most incredible crust. My new favorite pans. I am a person who cooks with high quality knives etc, and it’s something for me to say I’m so happy with this set.

The only thing is that you do have to add a little bit of oil or butter because the food does stick. Other than that it’s pretty easy to clean. Best to use it on medium heat. Not too high.

Nothing sticks and I’ve had them for a few months now and there are no scratches either.I’ve made brownies and other sticky things in the baking pans and they just slide out with no flour, oil or parchment, the only one I never tried was the cookie sheet but that’s only because my oven is ridiculously small and it didn’t fit so I gave it away.OOH ALSO THEY ARE OVEN PROOF! For a home chef the dream is good oven proof pans and these are!!

This set is fantastic!!! I actually clean the dishes after dinner now instead of “letting them soak”So easy to clean and a good variety. My favourite is actually the baking sheet which was just a bonus added to the set. Easy sheet pan meals and bacon in the oven has never been easier!!1 star off because when I ordered, the picture was showing a more jewel tones, metallic blue, but it’s actually a flat turquoise. I don’t mind, but my heart was set on the other colour. All in all I would say definitely buy!

I recently purchased the Gotham steel non-stick pots and pans, hoping for a hassle-free cooking experience as advertised. Unfortunately, my initial attempt to cook eggs without butter or oil resulted in sticking, and I had to resort to non-stick spray. While cleaning was relatively easy, I expected better performance. What’s more concerning is that after only three uses, the coating on the frying pan is already chipping. Given the price and the reputable brand, I had higher expectations for the quality of this cookware set.

We love this set! The only thing we don’t like is the square frying pan as it doesn’t sit evenly on a circle burning. The cleaning is amazing and the non stick.
